- Up to 4 hours of configuration assistance.
Installation + DARP
- Installation of Argus and DARP on one supported platform, on 2 servers.
- Installation and configuration of DARP on 2 servers.
- License to use DARP on an unlimited number of servers.
- Up to 4 hours of configuration assistance.
Basic Level Support
- Up to 1 separate e-mail support incidents per month, from 1 designated representative.
- Best effort is made to respond to requests within one business day.
