There are a number of standard enterprise support options available or feel free to contact us for a custom contract, so that you can get the most out of Argus.

Installation Assistance

  • Installation of Argus on a supported platform.
  • Up to 4 hours of configuration assistance.

Installation + DARP

  • Installation of Argus and DARP on one supported platform, on 2 servers.
  • Installation and configuration of DARP on 2 servers.
  • License to use DARP on an unlimited number of servers.
  • Up to 4 hours of configuration assistance.

Basic Level Support

  • Up to 1 separate e-mail support incidents per month, from 1 designated representative.
  • Best effort is made to respond to requests within one business day.

Consulting Services
